Under the direction of Jackson Heights Elementary Music Teacher Miss Taryn Doty, the 5th and 6th Grade Music and Physical Education Classes are learning how to Line Dance and Square Dance.  The classes will perform at the beginning of Literacy Night on  April 16th.  The music chosen is "Boot Sc

ooting Boogie" for the Line Dance number and "Wagon Wheel" for the Square Dance number.

5-6 Schedule

Tuesday, January 22

5th and 6th grade students will begin hockey practice. After practicing skills for a couple of days, students will begin competitive games. The unit will culminate with "The Stanley Cup Playoffs" in the middle part of February.
